Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at cs@aquabreezebikinis.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
3. Inspection: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions.
4. Resolution: If the item qualifies, we will process your replacement or issue a store credit within 5 business days.

Shipping

• Custom bikinis take 3-5 business days to create and an additional 3 business days for shipping.
• Shipping costs are non-

refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error.

Non-Returnable Items

• Bikinis that have been worn, washed, or have missing tags.
• Orders that do not adhere to the return conditions listed above.
